In our Zoom meeting, you listen to the recorded messages from your loved one, feeling the connection, experiencing the authenticity and depth of the communication. We'll delve deeper into the shared insights, providing you with a unique opportunity for healing, closure, and a renewed sense of connection. -Session Duration: Presentation of recording is approximately 45 minutes on Zoom -Platform: Conducted seamlessly via Zoom for global accessibility -Recording: After your Zoom meeting, the audio recording will be accessible via a link sent to your email inbox. You must be able to access Microsoft to access the recording. Once you access your reading you will be able to download your reading to your device. Email links will have a 1 month expiry, please download your recording within this time frame. Recordings cannot be sent directly in an email due to the file size. -No-Show Policy: If you miss your scheduled Zoom meeting without prior notice, the audio recording will be automatically sent to your email address, and the option for a Zoom meeting will be forfeited.

Cancellation Policy

BOOKING POLICY Cancellation and Rescheduling: To cancel or reschedule, kindly contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment time. This allows us to accommodate others and plan accordingly. We understand that circumstances may arise, and we appreciate your timely communication. Appointment Platform: All appointments are conducted on Zoom or via email, providing a convenient and accessible space for your session. This appointment time is chosen by you when you book online. As this time is allocated especially for you, sessions must run on time. Your session will be audio recorded and a copy of the recording sent to your email address. Non-Attendance Policy (Zoom only): If you fail to attend your scheduled Zoom meeting, the session will proceed as planned, and the audio recording will be sent to your email address. By booking a session, you agree to adhere to these policies. They ensure a smooth experience for everyone involved.
